Unison Research S6 Integrated Amplifier
The S6 is a single-ended integrated amplifier of high power and compact dimensions, capable of comfortably driving almost all loudspeakers including those of fairly low sensitivity. Fine-tuning of the sound of the S6 was carried out during several months of careful listening tests, using a great variety of source components and loudspeakers. Giving precise detail and control but without losing any of that enchanting airiness, warmth and transparency for which well-designed single-ended amplifiers are renowned.
Unison Research S8 Integrated Amplifier
The S8 represents high-end, specialist valve design at an incredibly reasonable price. It uses two legendary 845 valves (one per channel) in its pure triode output stage to create a healthy 24W of pure single-ended power.
Sound-wise it has depth, control, transparency and supreme detail along with delicacy.
Unison Research Performance Integrated Amplifier
Nothing has been left to chance in the design and realisation of the Performance. To cite just a few examples: the chosen component parts, the control knobs and wooden parts, the chassis itself and the printed circuit boards. Control knobs are machined from solid amagnetic stainless steel.
Thanks to their weight, mass and balance, they provide smooth and precise control when operated manually.
